We can perform an on-site Aircraft Records Check to determine if the aircraft records are acceptable to proceed to full Pre-Purchase Inspection. We can provide an on-site physical evaluation of Aircraft Structure, Systems, Cabin, Landing Gear, Engines and APU and sampling of Aircraft Records to assess suitability for full Pre-Purchase Inspection.

We can provide a complete review of aircraft records back to birth for aircraft buyers to determine the aircraft current condition, technical records status, maintenance history and potential future costs prior to taking ownership including life-limited components, hard time components, airworthiness directive and service bulletin compliance data, maintenance program data, and more. We understand records quality is a critical aspect of an operators or owners’ asset and has a hugely influential effect on value and serviceability status. Our goal is to identify possible anomalies that might not be evident to an untrained eye and thus avoid any major unexpected financial outlay after the purchase is complete. We deliver a complete report that can be incorporated in the Aircraft Purchase Agreement.

We can prepare and manage the Summary of Findings Report detailing each PPI Records finding and relevant corrective action. Research will be performed for each finding, finding closing action will be reviewed and findings will be closed as applicable. We can act as intermediary between buyer, seller and operator if required. We can also assist during the corrective action process ie. updating records, recovering missing data if required.

We can support the registration change process by checking future registration requirements, perform conformity checks for future registration, Airworthiness Directives compliance, aircraft equipment and modification requirements and provide on-site assistance to Authority Inspectors.

Filing & Organization: We can organize all received aircraft records chronologically from birth including identification and indexing of maintenance reports, STCs, modifications and alterations.
All records will be filed in easily identifiable binders and boxes with a master inventory list.
Digitization: We can OCR scan all aircraft records including logbooks. All digital files will be identified, catalogued and inventoried using the same system as the hard copy files for ease of use.

We can retrieve technical records, rebuild log books and support all recovery projects, whether full aircraft/engine due diligence or restoration of the records to a suitable condition, ensuring a smooth transition.
