Air Doc Services is a small company specializing in corporate aviation aircraft records management and technical services. We are committed to providing our customers with individually tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Aviation transactions are highly complex and multifaceted and with our combined experience of more than 40 years in the industry, we provide a quality, bespoke service covering all facets of aircraft transitions.

Filing & Organization: We can organize all received aircraft records chronologically from birth including identification and indexing of maintenance reports, STCs, modifications and alterations.
All records will be filed in easily identifiable binders and boxes with a master inventory list.
Digitization: We can OCR scan all aircraft records including logbooks. All digital files will be identified, catalogued and inventoried using the same system as the hard copy files for ease of use.
